This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled by Terrain Unknown. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during product launches, limited releases, or periods of high demand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International orders outside of North America may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary and are subject to additional fees, customs processing, and local regulations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We may assist with carrier inquiries where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in such cases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery . Photo evidence is required to assess defects or damage. Once confirmed, we will provide further instructions and, where applicable, cover return shipping costs. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund for confirmed defective items.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
